All appliances which we sell are supplied with the manufacturer's guarantee. Should you encounter a problem during this time, you must contact the manufacturer's service department to schedule an engineer to visit. Anyone other than a manufacturer's engineer who attempts to correct a fault on a guaranteed appliance will result in the guarantee being void.
