Just a line to inform you that the Bosch Automatic Washing Machine model V471 that we baught at your shop econofreeze, Morpeth in 1980 has lasted us without any trouble for 28 years.

It still works but only just and its now time to visit you again for a new one. We can only hope that the next one last as long. Could this be a record?

I thought that you might be interested about one of your freezers. I bought mine in 1973 from you. It has been in several different houses and used continuously since it was new it has never let me down, never been serviced or even needed a new fuse in the electric plug. It is a 10 cubic-foot chest freezer and the only thing wrong with it is the springs for holding the lid up don't work through age, and as it is in my outhouse it is starting to look a bit shabby but it is still working. I can't praise it or your company more. I just want to thank you for a great product and would recommend you any time.

I am just writing to thank you for the super service I have had this week. Last Sunday, my 18 year old dishwasher died. On Monday I decided on a Bosch to replace it. I then visited all the local shops & appliance outlets, only a few knew what I was talking about when I said 'semi-integrated dishwasher' and none could supply me with a white one, which I wanted to match my other appliances.

I then looked on the Web and found you. No more problems! All my queries by email were answered within 5 or 10 minutes. Your price was the cheapest I could find elsewhere on the Web so I rang and ordered it. It was so easy. I had a phone call to say it would arrive between 12pm & 4pm on Friday and it did. This is within three days of ordering, making a certain well known high-street store's stated delivery time of maybe three weeks or more look pretty sick!

I just can't believe the excellence of this service in this day & age. My husband fitted the new dishwasher last night, (Friday), just five days after the old one died.

Everything arrived when you said it would and in good condition, your prices were the best I could find for multiple items and keen for the single one - the little extra was minimal and well worth it given I knew I could rely on you. My phone enquiries have been dealt with courteously, patiently, in a language I could understand and demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the products - and the icing on the cake - the phone was answered within a few rings by a HUMAN BEING!
