Congratulations from a satisfied customer. Thank you very much for the excellent service we received via ApplianceAid. After being let down by several less reputable sites we contacted you guys. We had a choice of products, the price was excellent (with no hidden extras), delivery was good and arrived exactly as you said it would, almost to the minute of the arranged time. We wanted to purchase eight Bosch appliances and searched the net. We found your prices to be the most competitive anywhere. After receiving a quotation by email we made a couple of telephone calls to you and placed our order, receiving confirmation the very next day. We had a phone call from you within a couple of days confirming actual delivery details and delivery was made within a week. What can we say other than excellent prices and excellent service!

What excellent service - second to none! My washer packed up last Monday. Tuesday spent trapsing around the high street chains, with no satisfaction. Came home disillusioned and fed up. Went online and found your company, had half decided that I wanted a Bosch product so continued with the product links and found just what I wanted with all the information listed. So carried on and decided to treat myself to a matching dryer aswell! On Friday evening the transport company phoned to arrange delivery for Monday, just as you had promised. Monday lunchtime the goods arrived, after an earlier phone call from the delivery men to say they were on their way. Two lovely, friendly blokes. Everything was just as you had promised and the washer and dryer are superb. I shall certainly use ApplianceAid again and recommend you to everyone. Once again thanks so much, and keep up the good work, there are not many of you around!

Many thanks for sorting out our fridge/freezer purchase last week when another supplier had let us down badly. The goods arrived before 10am this morning, in perfect condition and we are delighted with them. May we congratulate you on a first class, professional service. We shall certainly call you when we are ready to install a dishwasher - it is just not worth looking anywhere else.
