Dear Simon and Norman, I received your invoice and the receipt for the oven, which is already installed and looks great. The delivery people were very good, they rang me the night before to confirm delivery and again the following morning, giving me a time of before midday. Very punctual and good people. Thanks a lot and I will let my friends know about your good business.
